Nelia has extensive expertise in clinical reimbursement, MDS 3.0, budget and resource utilization, the survey process, and establishment of systems to promote quality of care and profitability. These varied experiences enable her to understand the many challenges when operating a successful nursing facility.

Nelia attributes her success to her passion for the job and her continued desire to help others. Her goal is to continue adding value to organizations by assisting them in identifying and implementing clinical strategies and care assessment solutions.

Nelia is also a Lifetime Member of the Worldwide Who’s Who and was named a VIP Member in 2012. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

As Vice President of The CHARTS Group, Nelia Adaci is hitting the national stage in an effort to help even more MDS Coordinators, RN’s, Administrators, Owners, Billers, and Controllers gain the knowledge and understanding of all things in heathcare. Through speaking engagements: (Seminar, Convention, Class Room Education, and even Lunch and Learns) for TCG clients and TCG Affiliations: Health Care Associations and Networks in Health Care across the nation.

Nelia has made it her personal mission to share her vast knowledge and understanding of the challenging and ever changing world of Health Care; to help Good Facilities not just Survive but Thrive.
